What’s in your (camera) bag?
The most recent assignment at Digital Photography School is a little bit different this time around.
Instead of the usual one week duration, this assignment lasts two weeks and there is a prize awaiting the winner: a very sweet camera bag. I usually brainstorm for ideas first, then I peruse the already submitted photos just to make sure my idea is unique. This time, when I came up with my idea for a submission, I hurried outside to make my shot before checking the thread, so I am really glad my idea of featuring the built-in raincover on my bag had not already been used by someone even though several people apparently have the same bag I do. When I took the following photo of the actual contents (most everything are the exact same items my father used to carry in his photo bag) I carry in my bag, I neglected to put my reflector in the photo and didn’t realize it until I had already put everything back in my bag so that is the only thing missing from this shot. I probably would have retaken the photo but wasn’t willing to risk the possibility of burning dinner.
